What are your opening hours?
Most outlets open daily from 6:00 AM to 12:00 midnight. A few run 24 hours. Check the Store Locator for the outlet nearest you.
How many outlets do you have?
We have 12 retail outlets across Penang island and the mainland, plus F&B outlets inside industrial plants and a network of vending machines.
Where can I find the nearest 24 Xpress store?
Visit our Store Locator page. Every outlet is on the map with its address and phone number.
Do you deliver?
Selected outlets are on GrabMart and foodpanda. Message us on WhatsApp at +6016 417 2948 to check your nearest outlet.
Can I pay my bills at 24 Xpress?
Yes. Most outlets accept bill payments (TNB, Unifi, PTPTN and more), mobile and Touch โn Go reloads, and SIM starter packs. See our Services page for the full list.
Which e-wallets and cards do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, MyDebit, and e-wallets including Touch โn Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and UnionPay.
Can I drop off or collect parcels?
Selected outlets offer parcel send and return, including Shopee SPX drop-off. Ask the counter at your nearest outlet.
